J’adore Versus Juicy Couture: Which Eau de Parfum is Better?

It was the three spritzes of Christian Dior’s eau de parfum sample of J’adore. The vanilla in it was starting to bug me. It had to be. It was a metallic-like smell of wood gone wrong that was very similar to the bamboo in Nest’s Bamboo & Jasmine. The scent lingered for quite a while before disappearing later on in my work-out routine, However, that wasn’t all in it that was bothering me. J’adore was giving me a weird déjà vu. I had been here before with another perfume, but that other one smelled far better. Elie Tahari Gentle Body Scrubs and Eau de Parfum

For some people, meditation takes them to their happy place. For me, it’s the scent and feel of a great body wash and scrub in the shower that take me to my zen place. Last summer ,  I fell in love with Tahari ’s  Midnight Orchid  Gentle Body Scrub.  The spicy scent makes you feel like you’re at a Middle Eastern bazaar. It also reminds me of Bath & Body Works’ Dark Kiss fragrance, without being too heavy and cloying. The texture is also very tasty looking. It resembles chocolate mousse. The formulation is akin to body lotion with exfoliating grains that look like coffee grounds. My only issues with it are that the darker color makes a mess in the shower and it has trouble staying on the skin when you’re using it. The osmanthus in this is
